Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club Admin. Assistant

upports Area Director in collecting information, performing clerical functions, and completing administrative duties as assigned.  Plan and coordinate supportive services of the Club, such as record keeping, mail distribution, and other office support services. Support Area Director with Dash, member and other youth served data management and impact-measurement initiatives.  Prepare correspondence and reports, maintain schedule and calendar, answer telephone and maintain electronic and hard copy files.  Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, visitors and other interested parties. May serve as greeter, kid check in and/or staff the club front desk reception. Help facilitate overall efficiency of professional office functions, and core BGCA programing. May be required to support multiple club sites.
